This property features five suites, each with a private bedroom and bathroom. This reservation is for The Trailside Suite (located on the 2nd floor).

Before your arrival, you will be given a code that gives you access to:

Secure Bike Storage: We offer secure bike storage in the enclosed porch area. Please note that bikes are not permitted inside the main living area. A key will be provided to access to secured bike storage area.

Wash/Rinse your bikes! A water hose is located inside the bike storage area, guests are welcome to use the provided water house for their bikes.

Plenty of parking is available for your vehicle (public parking lot, free)

*Self-Serve Light Breakfast Station:*

Fuel up for your ride! We offer a self-serve continental-style breakfast with a rotating mix of oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, spreads, breakfast sandwiches, waffles with syrup, and more. Coffee and tea are always ready. You’ll find everything stocked in the fridge, freezer, or on the counter—perfect for early risers and cyclists on the go. While we don’t provide hot cooked meals, our full kitchen is available if you’d like to make your own.

Upon Booking: Guest Identification & Lease Agreement

To finalize your booking, we may ask you to review and sign the Short-Term Lease Agreement that will be emailed to you automatically after you complete your reservation. This agreement outlines the terms of your stay, expectations, and protects both you and us, ensuring a clear understanding for everyone involved. If you have any questions regarding the lease agreement, please don't hesitate to email or call us to discuss them.

To complete your booking and receive automated check-in instructions, we kindly ask for a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport).
